How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches out to Parkeremotions Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Parkeremotions Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Parkeremotions Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@parkeremotions.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
